Which platforms does SocialRena support?
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest and Threads.
Why does my Instagram account have to be a business or creator account?
Instagram only allows automatic publishing for business and creator accounts. Switching is free in the Instagram app.
Does SocialRena see my passwords?
No. Sign-in runs directly via the platform. We only receive permission to publish.
What happens if a publication fails?
Temporary errors are retried automatically. If it doesn’t work, you see the reason in the post and get an email.
Can clients approve posts?
Yes. Enable approval for the workspace and invite your client with the role “Client”.
Where is my data stored?
On our server. Media are only transferred to the respective platform for publishing.
